Slow Flow for Beginners
Reminder: Always be gentle with yourself and always honor your body's limitations.
This class offers a slower paced vinyasa set that allows extra time to get comfortable with traditional yoga poses. There will be more instruction on how each pose should feel to optimize physical benefits while building confidence in your yoga practice.
You will learn Sun Salutations and Breath work link movement into a flow. This set sequence helps the body to develop balance, strength and stamina. Ashtanga yoga an excellent way to build strength, increase range of motion, and vitality.
Beginners/Seniors – modifications will be taught to accommodate your body’s ability.
