This class combines the ancient wisdom of kundalini kriyas and powerful ashtanga asana for a complete mind, body, spirit yoga practice.
This practice will build strength, stamina and mental focus utilizing physical practice, mindful habit instructions to foster spiritual self-empowerment. These powerful Kriyas may help move subconscious habits, emotions or other stuck energy so you can be your best self. We will tune in, practice pranayama, asana with mudras, followed by mantra chanting and savasana. Beginners to moderate – modifications will be taught to accommodate your body’s ability. |
