Kundalini Yoga Class Details

Kundalini and Vinyasa Fusion
​Reminder: Always be gentle with yourself and always honor your body's limitations.
Fusion classes will be a combination of kundalini yoga and active ashtanga flow! The best of both types of yoga for a powerful practice. 
Kundalini yoga is a combination of specific kriyas and meditation aimed at raising the kundalini energy. Each kundalini class begins with a chant to ‘tune in’ to the divine wisdom within. This is followed by a warmup for the spine.

he main part of the class is the kriyas, which combine postures and breathing techniques. Kundalini yoga has repetitive active poses done for a specific amount of time focused on the spinal and core health. We end with various chanting meditations. They are specifically designed for healing of the body, mind and spirit.

We will sing/chant a mantra like Sa Ta Na Ma in each class. Chanting is fun and therapeutic! These Kriyas are designed to focus on moving congested energy in the body. Each Kriya has specific movements, designed to stimulate the chakra system and meridians in the body to promote health and healing in the mind, body, and spirit.

There will be a minimum requirement of two participants to hold class. Class will be cancelled two hours before.

Beginners to moderate – modifications will be taught to accommodate your body’s ability.

It is recommended you bring your own yoga mat, blocks, strap and meditation cushion (if needed) to class.

All new clients will be required to acknowledge the Statement of Ethics and the Client Waiver prior to services.

NOTE: Any classes without confirmed pre-registrants 2 hours prior to scheduled time will be canceled. If you're within a 2 hour window of a class time, please check the status of that class within the 2-hour window before stopping by the studio.

This is my home address. Please be respectful of appointment and class times. Arrive no more than 15 minutes early for scheduled start time. This ensures the rest of my family knows when to move cars if needed.

​Please come into the house through the TUCK UNDER GARAGE DOOR. If you have an appointment or here for yoga class, the garage door the right will be open.
If the door is closed that means I am still in session or not ready so just hang tight until the garage door is opened.
Please do not knock on the front door.
​The studio entrance is through the garage. 


Please drive slowly up the driveway. We have wildlife and animals who live here.
You will have to pull up to the house, back up to the detached garage, and park along the long stretch of driveway on the right side of the long part of the driveway. Your car should be facing the main road. Not blocking the garages or other cars.
