The Story Behind Spirit River Yoga and Massage
Princeton is a lovely river town located on the Rum River which flows from the headwaters of Mille Lacs Lake. History tells us that originally Mille Lacs Lake was called Spirit Lake and the river that flowed through our region was referred to as Spirit River. Settlers lost the meaning of Spirit in translation and so now we have the Rum River.
